HRTA provides Outsourcing Services for Production, Janitorial, Clerical and IT & Professional.

 

Depending on our client’s needs, our data bank, comprised of Skilled and Semi-skilled workers as well as professionals, can be deployed whenever you need them. 

 

Aside from ensuring successful deployment, we also take pride in ensuring that the employees seconded to our clients are continually engaged which results to higher productivity. 

 

We strictly comply with government-mandated remittances which our employees benefit from.  We also monitor their contracts and process post-employment requirements to prevent legal complications that could result from expired job contracts. 

 

HRTA’s Scope of Work covers the following areas:

• Assessment of the client’s corporate climate with regard to the vacant position

• Sourcing and short-listing of potential candidates

• Conducting of intensified screening process through a series of interviews and standardized tests cutting both on technical and behavioral planes

• Arrangement of interview schedule of shortlisted candidates with our client

• Readying and submission of all pertinent documents needed for lawful employment. This shall include the Service Agreement between our client and HR Team Asia, Inc.

• Conducting of the Orientation Program with successfully placed candidates and in the ensuing period, post-deployment monitoring activities including behavioral evaluation, grievance settlement, and employee discipline and counseling

• Preparation and administration of salary and SSS and Medical benefits

• Compliance with the requirements of the SSS and BIR for the hired employee

 

Consulting (Our Added Value)

               

HRTA provides project-based or retainer-based consultancy, training on all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Labor Relations and Total Rewards. HRTA does this via its sister company HR Management and Business Solutions, Inc., a 4-year-old company, based in Pasig, Ortigas.
